    Create Provider Resource

    Key_type string
    The key type registered on substrate (ed25519 or sr25519). It can also be sourced from the following environment variable: ``
    Mnemonic string
    The mnemonic of the user. It is very secret. It can also be sourced from the following environment variable: ``
    Network string
    The network to deploy on. It can also be sourced from the following environment variable: ``
    Relay_url string
    The relay url, example: wss://relay.dev.grid.tf
    Rmb_timeout string
    The timeout duration in seconds for rmb calls
    Substrate_url string
    The substrate url, example: wss://tfchain.dev.grid.tf/ws
